Abstract

|
|
A "living thing" can be defined as an identity which maintain the functions of nourishing self, protecting self, copying self, and multiplying self. Basic unit of a living thing is a cell which has an independent living ability. While a cell is considered to be an ’individual life’, the entire body of a person’s body can be considered to be a ’whole life’. likewise a person’s body in return can be an relative ’individual life’ as a part of universe which is a ’whole life’. In order to understand a life phenomena, inter-relationship between individual and whole life should be understood.
